Quick Links
Quick links are user defined groups of links on the main index of each of the ASIS umbrella applications. This is intended to turn these applications into a hub for their departments.
Groups and links have an optional date/time range of when they are shown. This allows links to be entered before they are needed or have time sensitive links expire automatically.
If a group is empty, then it should be hidden from display.
These styles provide for two positions for these links: in a sidebar alongside the page's main content or below the main content. There is a setting for each application for which position to use or if the position is something custom to the application.
